Various indicators of hydraulic oil filter element

1. Hydraulic oil filter cartridges are classified into high, medium, and low precision levels. 1-5um is high precision, 10-20um is medium precision, and 30-40um is low precision.

2. To compress the external dimensions of the finished filter element and increase the filtering area, the filter layer is generally folded into a corrugated shape, and the height of the pleated hydraulic oil filter element is generally below 20

3. The hydraulic oil filter element is generally subjected to a pressure difference of 0.35-0.4 MPa, but some special filter elements require a high pressure difference of 32 MPa or even 42 MPa, which is equivalent to the system pressure. The filter element with a filtration accuracy of 1-5 microns will have a higher pressure than the filter element with a filtration accuracy of 10-20 microns.
