HFP-43625 replaces PARKER coalescing filter element with high-density gradient glass fiber manufacturing. It is designed as a single piece tube structure to reduce damage and leakage. The surface of the filter element is treated with hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, which can meet various precision level requirements.
Polyester fiber coalescing filter cartridge material is usually made of synthetic polyester fiber, which has good compatibility with various fluids. The filter element is made of a multi-layer spiral structure, with fibers of different properties used in each layer. The desired filtration accuracy is achieved by controlling parameters such as the shape, size, thickness, and density of each fiber layer.
The coalescing filter mainly uses surface treated glass fiber or polyester fiber as the coalescing medium. The structure of the filter material is specially designed to make the filter medium have good coalescing performance. The filtering accuracy can reach 0.1 μ m.
